About

Building brands through purposeful communications.

Culta brings together strategy, partnerships, media, content and events for organisations that want communications which actually work — across the UK and the Nordics, as an extension of the team you already have.

What we are for

Culta was founded in London and Stockholm to fill a specific gap: clients needed senior consultants who could combine strategy with hands-on delivery, without the overhead of a large agency. That is still the whole proposition.

Today we work across the UK and the Nordics for organisations in technology, culture and the public sector. Every project is built around practical outcomes — visibility that can be pointed at, partnerships that hold, and programmes that boards and investors are willing to read.

The name is deliberate. Cult, in its original and wider sense, means a group of people connected by the same ideology — which is also the most durable thing a brand can have, and the hardest for a competitor to copy.

We operate as an extension of internal teams, bringing capacity and specialist knowledge when it matters most. It is also why our practitioners write the Academy: the methods are the same ones we use on live accounts, and writing them down turned out to make us better at them.

Who we work with

Assignments tailored to your ambition

Whether you are an international organisation, a boutique consultancy or a founder with a fresh idea, you get seasoned marketers, strategists and producers who treat the brand with the same care as their own.

Global brands & corporates

Localising campaigns, launching into new markets, and managing stakeholder environments where a misstep is expensive.

  • Market entry, repositioning and executive communications
  • Multi-market partner search and distribution enablement
  • Executive visibility, thought leadership and speaking

Scale-ups & innovators

Strategy, PR and marketing operations while the founding team stays on product and customers.

  • Fractional marketing leadership and embedded support
  • Investor communications, pitch preparation and go-to-market
  • Content engines across blogs, newsletters, webinars and events

Public sector & non-profit

Programmes that have to balance policy, public engagement and an outcome someone will be asked to evidence.

  • Cultural diplomacy and place-branding initiatives
  • Crisis preparedness, stakeholder training and facilitation
  • Community events, educational series and advocacy campaigns
How we work

The order is the method

Every engagement runs in the same sequence, whether it is a two-week sprint or a three-year retained account. It keeps stakeholders aligned without drowning the team in meetings.

Agree the objective

Before anything is planned: what the commercial goal is, who actually decides, and how we will both know whether it worked. Stakeholders mapped, cadence agreed, milestones written down.

Strategy & research

Workshops, audience mapping and positioning sprints that give the team a common language — built on your existing research, channel performance and a look at what your competitors are getting away with.

Creation & delivery

PR, content, design and event production handled end to end, so your internal team keeps its focus. In-house specialists plus trusted partners across the UK and the Nordics when a market needs a local hand.

Measurement & continuity

Regular reporting, quarterly reviews and documented process — the kind a board or an investor can read. Every engagement ends with the metrics, the recommendations and the next steps written down.

Our values

What guides the work

Three principles shape every engagement, from the first workshop to the final report.

Clarity over complexity

We translate the industry language out of your story. Simple messaging delivered consistently beats a clever campaign that needs explaining — and it is the only kind that survives translation into four other markets.

Partnerships, not transactions

Our longest client relationships have run for years, because continuity is worth more to you than a fresh pitch is. We would rather tell you a tactic is not working than keep billing for it.

Evidence over assertion

Every recommendation is grounded in research, competitor analysis and a measure agreed at the start. We show the working, and we report against the number we agreed rather than the one that flatters us.

People

Who you would actually work with

Named people only — which, as above, means this section cannot ship until the roster does.

Leadership and practice leads — awaiting real names, roles and photographs[PENDING] Six cards, 1:1 portraits at --tu-radius-md, greyscale plus a 12% accent overlay in mix-blend-mode: multiply, removed on hover, so a mixed-quality photo set still reads as one set. Name, role, market, and one line of what they did before. The principle three sections above says every person on the account is named — filling this with “Practice lead one / two / three” would contradict it on the same screen.
Get in touch

Tell us what is coming up

A launch, a regulatory decision, a merger, or a year of silence you would like to end. We will say plainly whether we have the right people for it.

Asking about Academy licences for a team? Same form — say so in the size field and we will send licence pricing rather than a scoping call.

Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 GMT. Weekends by appointment.
We reply from a person, not a ticketing system.

We use what you send here to answer you, and for nothing else. How we handle your data.
