Culta Academy

Learn PR and marketing the way we actually practise it.

Short, practitioner-led courses built from real agency work — not general theory, not recycled slides. Taught by the people who do this for clients every week.

Why this academy

Most PR and marketing training is taught by people who stopped practising years ago. Ours isn’t. Every course here comes out of live agency work at Culta Consulting — the same frameworks, pitches and campaign structures we use for paying clients, rebuilt as a course you can go through at your own pace. You finish with something you can use on Monday, not a certificate to frame.

No subscription. Buy a course, keep it for good. VAT shown up front.

Why it works

Built like a workshop, not a webinar

Every course is a job to be done. You finish a module with a deliverable, not a certificate of attendance.

Practitioner-taught

Recorded by people who currently do the work — on our own client accounts — with the messy parts left in.

Templates included

Press-kit skeletons, briefing docs, media lists, campaign trackers. Yours to keep.

Fits a working week

Lessons run 5 to 12 minutes. Progress saves to the second, so you can stop mid-sentence.

The catalogue

Start where the pressure is

Every course is bought outright. One price, lifetime access, and the templates come with it.

Before you ask

The four things people ask us first

“I don’t have time for a long course.”

Each course is built to finish in a few sessions, not a semester.

“Will this actually apply to my job, or is it theory?”

Every course is drawn from live agency briefs — the same work, not a simulation of it.

“How do I know it’s worth it?”

Built and reviewed by working PR and marketing practitioners at Culta Consulting, not course-platform generalists.

“What do I get at the end?”

A record marking the course complete, plus everything you built along the way — templates, frameworks, your own pitch drafts.

Testimonial — awaiting a real, permissioned quote[AWAITING HUMAN] Renders as a 3px accent left rule with a display-serif blockquote at --tu-text-xl, avatar + name + role beneath. One quote, not a carousel. This is the highest-value slot on a sales page and the most tempting one to fill — which is exactly why it stays empty. An invented testimonial is a fabricated endorsement.
Stat row — awaiting real launch data[AWAITING LAUNCH DATA] Four .stat tiles, 2×2, display-serif tabular numerals. Learners taught, completion rate, average rating, courses published. Only the last of those can exist before launch, and a row of one real number and three invented ones is worse than no row. Ships complete or not at all.
Behind the courses

How a course gets made

Every course starts as a problem somebody actually had — usually one that came through the agency first. We find the person who has solved it more than once, sit with them until the method is written down, then film it in short pieces that survive being watched between meetings.

Nothing ships until a working practitioner outside the company has followed the material end to end and produced the deliverable it promises.

Find the problem

Interviews with people doing the job, not surveys.

Find the practitioner

Someone with scar tissue, and the patience to explain it.

Write the method down

If it can’t be written as steps, it’s opinion, not training.

Test it on a stranger

An outside practitioner runs the whole course before release.

Trainers

Who you will be learning from

Named people only — which means this section cannot ship until the roster does.

Trainer roster — awaiting real names, credentials and photographs[PENDING] Four cards, 1:1 portraits at --tu-radius-md (not circles — circles crop badly on real headshots), greyscale plus a 12% accent overlay in mix-blend-mode: multiply, removed on hover, so a mixed-quality photo set still looks like one set. We make a principle of naming every practitioner, so “Trainer one / two / three / four” would contradict the copy it sits under.

Your next campaign is already on the calendar.

Start a course today and bring something usable to the next planning meeting.
