Communications that hold up in every market you sell in.

Seven practices, run by one team out of London, Stockholm and Helsinki. Most engagements start in one and end up drawing on three — which is a structural advantage, not an upsell.

Strategy & planning

A plan your team can follow on a Tuesday, not a deck that gets admired once.

We start from the commercial objectives you already own and build the roadmap around them — market definition, positioning, channel priorities and who does what. What arrives is a working, prioritised playbook written in language that works inside your organisation rather than inside an agency.

What arrives
  • Discovery interviews and review of existing research
  • Positioning, narrative and message frameworks
  • Workshops in London, Stockholm or Helsinki, or remote
  • Roll-out calendar, measurement dashboard and briefing pack

PR & media relations

Earned coverage built on evidence, and journalists who take the call because we did not waste the last one.

We run press offices and launch programmes end to end: narrative development, media list curation, pitching, interview briefing and follow-up. Every pitch goes out with proof attached — research, customer results, an expert who can say something true — because that is what survives an editor, and what a sceptical buyer actually believes.

What arrives
  • Always-on press office and media handling
  • Press kits, story mining and spokesperson briefing
  • Launch and announcement programmes across UK and Nordic titles
  • Reporting on message pick-up rather than vanity metrics

Content & editorial

Editorial calendars, ghostwriting and long-form that stands up when a journalist checks it.

One practice across the whole range — social-first scripts and newsletters at one end, whitepapers, speeches and investor narratives at the other. Each piece is built the same way: source interviews, desk research and fact-checking first, so the expertise on the page is genuinely yours and holds up in every market you publish in.

What arrives
  • Editorial strategy, tone of voice and content calendars
  • Executive ghostwriting, speechwriting and keynote preparation
  • Reports, whitepapers and investor narratives
  • Localisation, accessibility checks and performance reporting

Brand image & design

A visual identity that translates, and a reason behind every decision in it.

Brand audits, visual refreshes, messaging frameworks and campaign toolkits, delivered with our network of art directors, copywriters and photographers. Each engagement opens with immersion and competitor benchmarking, so what you get is a direction you can defend to a board — not three options to choose between on taste.

What arrives
  • Brand immersion, audit and competitor benchmarking
  • Visual identity refresh and campaign toolkits
  • Messaging frameworks and usage guidelines
  • Template handover and asset libraries for in-house teams

Crisis & media training

The playbook you build before you need it, and the people you call at six on a Friday.

Scenario planning, holding statements, escalation trees and approval workflows — rehearsed on camera with the people who will actually have to use them. Training covers the hostile interview and the good-news one, because the second is where more reputations are quietly damaged. We stay on call during live incidents.

What arrives
  • Crisis readiness audits and scenario playbooks
  • Holding statement libraries, Q&As and escalation trees
  • Spokesperson and camera training, recorded and reviewed
  • On-call advisory support during live incidents

Events & experiences

Investor lunches to multi-market roadshows, run so that guests know why they came.

Concept, content, production and follow-up — in person, hybrid or online. We handle venue, run-of-show, speaker briefing, rehearsal and show calling, manage suppliers and budget against a documented plan, and then report on what the room actually produced rather than how many people were in it.

What arrives
  • Experience design, venue and platform selection
  • Run-of-show, speaker packs and rehearsal coordination
  • Supplier, budget and risk management
  • Attendance, sentiment and follow-up reporting

Partner search & market entry

Distributors, collaborators and investors — found by research, not by working down a bought list.

A long-standing Culta speciality. We define the profile of a partner worth having, run a targeted research sprint across databases, trade bodies and our own network, verify what we find, then make discreet approaches. The same method carries the unusual briefs — cross-border launches, cultural and public-sector programmes, cross-sector coalitions — where the work is as much facilitation as communications.

What arrives
  • Partner profiling and targeted market research
  • Verified shortlists with company profiles and approach notes
  • Discreet outreach, intro scripts and meeting preparation
  • Cross-border launch and public-programme management

Working together

Five ways in

Retained programmes are the majority of what we do, but they are a bad way to start if you are not yet sure what the problem is. An advisory sprint usually answers that for less than a month of retainer. Where the gap is capacity rather than direction, embedded support puts experienced hands inside your team instead.

Fees depend on markets, cadence and how much of the work sits with us rather than with your team. We quote a fixed monthly figure and we do not bill hours against it.

The proof belongs here

A services page without evidence is a brochure.

Case studies — awaiting real, permissioned engagements[AWAITING HUMAN] Three to six .post-card tiles filtered by practice, each linking to a full write-up: sector, brief, what we did, what changed. Every line of a case study is a factual claim about a named client and about results, so none of it can be placeholder copy the way the service descriptions above legitimately can. Needs real engagements and each client’s sign-off on the wording before it renders at all.

Would your team rather learn to do it?

The Academy teaches the same methods our practitioners use — media handling, crisis readiness, campaign planning — as short courses your team can work through between meetings.
